Who says coming in early doesn’t have its benefits? Well Pag-Ibig says it does. Under the “Good Payor Incentive Program”, those who pay their Pag-Ibig housing loans before the allotted monthly due date will be able to benefit from a 2% discount. This will make debt management easier for those who pay ahead of time, 2% savings means a lot over time.
This was announced by Vice President Noli De Castro and GSIS is now preparing the circular for this.
Along with this Vice President De Castro also instructed Pag-Ibig to continue the Housing Loan Restructuring and Penalty Condonation Program for member-borrowers with delinquent accounts.
