Arroyo administration has approved the extension program for SSS housing loan condonation for another six months. SSS Davao will wait for the implementing rules and regulations of this condonation program before implementing it.
This program was announced by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo during the 50th SSS anniversary celebration. The extension of SSS condonation program for another six months is a social payback to the Filipino people the president mentioned.
Aside from the extension of the housing loan condonation program, SSS also increased the pensions twice in the last 12 months (ten percent in September last year and another ten percent last month)
